By accessing or using ShiftDrop ("the Service"), available at shift-drop.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShiftDrop is a calendar scheduling tool that allows users to create event templates and push them in bulk to Google Calendar. The Service requires a Google account for authentication and calendar access.

3. User Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your session or allow unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to spam or flood calendars with unwanted events
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Google Calendar Integration

The Service creates events in your Google Calendar at your explicit request. You understand that events created through ShiftDrop are real calendar events and you are responsible for reviewing them. We are not liable for scheduling conflicts or errors resulting from events you choose to create.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep ShiftDrop available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiftDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access via your Google Account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
